People Solutions

Overview

Grameen Foundation through its program, People Solutions ensures that Social Enterprises leverage their human resources appropriately to achieve their mission and business goals. This is achieved by capacity building and leadership trainings of the microfinance loan officers. We provide services such as strategic human resource management (designing and delivering human resource policies, practices, and innovative development programs), as well as advisory services that produce the employee competencies and behaviors an organization requires which are intrinsic to achieving their strategic goals. We recently launched ane-learning app, G-LEAP (Grameen Learning Program) which will equip your frontline staff and agents with required information and skills to run your business effectively, roll out new products and processes, and help you train your staff quickly and cost-effectively.

Our solutions harness the power of human capital to achieve your mission and business goals-

  • Improve your agent network and field-force performance
